About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Coca-Cola. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct inventory movements and material control within our warehouse, complying with company regulations and inventory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate warehouse activities to meet operational needs
  • Manage warehouse capacity and optimize storage space
  • Ensure the security and surveillance of the warehouse
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team and other departments to achieve common goals
  • Respond to audit requests and identify priorities and risks
  • Comply with company policies, guidelines, and applicable legal requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Desirable experience as a leader or coordinator of a warehouse
  • Knowledge of SAP and inventory control
  • Fluency in written and oral English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
