About the Role
As a Business Operations Analyst at Akamai, you will play a crucial part in empowering our business with product insights and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful results.
You will partner closely with our Security Technology Groups product leadership to create outcomes that craft and deliver the security products that meet our customers' needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to own the development of analytics tools from start to finish, working closely with major stakeholders within InfoSec, Product Operations, Product Management, Product Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance organizations.
The ideal candidate will have a BA or BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, business operations/strategy, or other analytical roles.
You will demonstrate experience with SQL and Tableau (or comparable business intelligence tool) and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and propose solutions.
