Job SummaryThe Office Productivity Software Operations Lead will be responsible for maximizing the value of the Microsoft 365 support team's work, driving continuous improvement in support processes and service delivery, and collaborating with the team to achieve business requirements.
This role requires a problem-solver with analytical skills, comfortable working in an Agile environment, and able to capture stakeholder assumptions and translate them into hypothesis-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize the value of the Microsoft 365 support team's work
- Drive continuous improvement in support processes and service delivery
- Collaborate with the Microsoft 365 support team to achieve business requirements
- Control and improve Microsoft 365 support KPIs as top priority
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 Suite and environment
- Intermediate English level
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMP certified
- Experience working as product owner or similar responsibilities as defined in Agile methodology
- Experience with ITIL methodologies and best practices Knowledge in Waterfall and Agile methods and tools
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model, allowing employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
