**About the Role**
Sr Mainframe Associate Advanced Support will be part of our team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Mainframe infrastructure. This involves resolving issues, executing administrative tasks, and participating in testing activities.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Mainframe infrastructure, batch processing, and hybrid operation from Advance Support Coordination and Execution. They will also be able to collect and organize requirements for hardware acquisition and deployment activities, and gather, compile, and synthesize information regarding technology processes or systems.
We are looking for someone who can communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, work with virtual and in-person teams, and meet deadlines. A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience is required.
