**Job Summary**

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests and ensuring their needs are met

• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues

• Providing information about hotel services and amenities

• Scheduling appointments and confirming reservations

• Processing payments and handling transactions

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Adhering to company policies and procedures

• Upholding quality standards and expectations


**Key Responsibilities**

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

You should also have basic math skills, be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
