About This Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of Intel's Finance organization by providing support to the Business Process Management (BPM) and Lean Programs.
You will have the chance to develop your skills in digital communications, visual storytelling, and project management while collaborating with a talented team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective education materials for the Finance community worldwide.
- Design, deploy, and sustain web pages (SharePoint) for the programs (BPM and Lean).
- Implement marketing strategies to engage diverse audiences of 2000+ employees.
- Analyze target populations to create tailored strategies for communication and training.
- Create and manage communications, including a quarterly newsletter for the BPM program.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- An active bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphical Design, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
- Upper intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, video creation, and marketing techniques.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Permanent, unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with advanced web design capabilities, project management skills, and photography experience are highly desirable.
Work Model
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model, allowing employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
