The Amazon Ads Design, Concept & Production (DCP) Team is seeking a skillful, customer-obsessed Visual Designer to create brand-focused digital advertising that's displayed across Amazon sites, Amazon devices and external sites.
As a Visual Designer on the DCP team, you are passionate about delivering world-class graphic solutions to worldwide top advertisers.
You are both imaginative and pragmatic, feeling comfortable delivering exceptional creatives in a fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate with global partners and stakeholders to meet brand's expectations, while advocating for the best possible end-customer experience.
Additionally, you have a keen eye for detail, a self-starter attitude and an excellent ability to communicate.
An online portfolio and previous design experience are required.

Key job responsibilities
- Design creative executions including but not limited to off/on-site banners, and Amazon-owned devices brand and ad placements, maintaining high productivity, quality standards and meeting turnaround time targets.
- Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with product specs, policies and creative guidelines.
- Optimize digital images for web, mobile, big screen and other devices.
- Propose user-centered designs by integrating style guides, creativity, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to contribute to evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Help ensure quality control, while working closely with marketing stakeholders, design peers and quality specialist.
- Exhibit an ability to follow creative lead as expected, and also contribute to push the creative envelope in a constructive, memorable way with the customer in mind.
- Act as an expert for one or more design categories, helping resolve customer queries, troubleshooting when needed, as well as training and mentoring new employees.
- Be able to incorporate an analytical and strategical thinking in a design role.
