About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in performing Fault Isolation and Failure Analysis to determine the root cause of failures. Your expertise will be employed utilizing various tools and techniques such as ATE testing, DFx software tools, optical probing, logic/circuit simulation, emulation, probing, and layout study.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform fault isolation and failure analysis to determine the root cause of failures.
  • Be involved in development work to ensure fault isolation capability and readiness to support the next generation of products.
  • Collaborate and perform remote analysis with cross-site teams.
  • Work directly with internal customers to help solve and determine the root cause of various complex issues.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with: failure analysis, debug, or relevant semiconductor/manufacturing area.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Costa Rican unrestricted work permit.
