**Job Summary**
The Controls Testing Lead will play a crucial role in supporting the development of the testing methodology for the access management testing hub. This includes risk assessment, planning, and execution of assurance activities over access management risks across Experian's global business, with potential expansion into other areas of data security testing.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the AMTH Controls Testing Manager in identifying and prioritizing testing activities as part of the assurance planning process.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics Lead to identify opportunities for converting manual testing into continuous monitoring activity and follow up on results.
- Develop and maintain the testing methodology for the access management hub, aligning it with other assurance functions through the Assurance Steering Committee and associated working groups.
- Plan and execute control tests, including coordinating the audit process with key stakeholders, managing the activities of control testing analysts, and reviewing the quality of work performed.
- Prepare draft reports reflecting the results of work performed and agree findings and proposed actions with business owners.
- Present findings to senior managers of the business and relevant risk management forums.
**Requirements**
- Relevant professional qualifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, QiCA or equivalent), or commitment to obtain the CISA at least.
- 7+ years' experience in information security controls assurance or IT audit, with Big 4 and/or internal audit experience desirable.
