The Credentialing Investigation Analyst investigates potential subscribers to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent use along with ensuring compliance to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act rules and regulations.
This role makes decisions and recommendations for approval of potential clients as well as on-going audit on existing clients. The analyst will also be responsible for any special projects or tasks that get assigned along with process improvements, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate potential subscribers to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent use
- Evaluate compliance to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act rules and regulations
- Make decisions and recommendations for approval of potential clients
- Perform on-going audits on existing clients
- Responsible for updating Salesforce and Mainframe accounts while accessing appropriate business reports for review
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (High-school Diploma)
- Excel Intermediate Level is a must
- English fluency is a must: excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1 year of fraud and or investigations experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate data information with high attention to detail and accuracy
