At Experian, we're committed to empowering consumers and our clients to manage their data with confidence. As a Client Technical Support Senior, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal.

We're seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team, who will be responsible for providing ongoing data analysis, managing projects, and ensuring that client orders are processed accurately and punctually per technical specifications. In cooperation with local and remote Experian team members, you'll actively work to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and process execution.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with internal groups to define process requirements for projects, interpreting project specifications, and utilizing the most effective approach to produce the desired results accurately and efficiently. You'll also analyze client data to validate accuracy and determine next steps, enter or alter program logic to start production process or equivalent actions dependent on computing environment used, and provide technical support including testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and implementing necessary program changes, updates, or additions.

In addition, you'll be responsible for monitoring accuracy and completeness of all assigned projects, communicating status with team members and end users within client expectations, and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. We're looking for someone with strong PC skills in MS Office, basic programming skills, and a desire to develop skills within mainframe and open systems environments.
