JOB SUMMARY:
This role supports the MAPP Center department in ensuring compliance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption internal policy and addressing bribery and corruption risks in our interactions with healthcare professionals, medical associations, and other business parties.
You will review MAPP Navigator transactions for compliance, ensure proper documentation, and maintain effective communication with colleagues. Additionally, you will create interactive training materials and participate in team activities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and able to learn and adapt quickly. Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese is required.
This is an entry-level position for the MAPP Center department, requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The selected colleague must live in Costa Rica and be able to come to the office regularly.
