Pueden producir componentes de diseño impreso y digital que respaldan las tareas departamentales.
- Bien versados en comunicación de diseño, están orientados a los detalles, poseen sólida habilidades de diseño, se mantienen actualizados sobre las tendencias emergentes y están abiertos a la retroalimentación.
- Altamente únicos, productivos y arraigados en los fundamentos del diseño, están comenzando su viaje hacia la entrega de resultados estratégicos y creativos para nuestras marcas.
- Se responsabiliza de las tareas asignadas, se mantiene organizado ya tiempo.
Es flexible y puedecambiar de rumbo, reajustar el producto de su trabajo y la dirección creativa en función de la orientación y los comentarios nuevos o actualizados.
- Se relaciona constantemente con el equipo interno, las partes interesadas (es decir, los cliente internos) y los miembros del equipo multifuncional
**Requisitos**:
- Se requiere dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- El dominio de Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign y Acrobat) es muy deseable.
- Conocimiento práctico de preimpresión y recopilación de archivos para salida, retoque digital,optimización de activos, diseño web y lenguajes básicos de codificación.
- Programación HTML
- Automotivado, eficiente y capaz de trabajar en colaboración en varios equipos.
- La capacidad de tomar la dirección y acepta la retroalimentación constructiva.
