About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the organization's design expert and collaborate with the product management team to execute the strategic vision for our product portfolio
  • Work closely with the technology team and product managers to balance desired capabilities with budget and timelines
  • Manage and mentor junior UX designers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Collaborate with product managers to organize and execute research with users to validate design concepts
  • Maintain UX design pattern libraries to drive consistency across the portfolio products
  • Drive consistency and alignment with UX trends and design patterns

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of user experience design experience for B2B software, preferably financial management or professional services software
  • Bachelor's degree in computing, technology design, human-computer interaction (HCI) preferred; equivalent years of work experience required
  • Figma fluency and knowledge of accessibility standards
  • Experience managing the entire design life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple complex projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities
  • A team-oriented mindset and exceptional communication skills
