**SAP IBP - Sales and Operations Planning?
(Hybrid)**

**Heredia, Costa Rica**

SGF Global is looking for a SAP IBP - Sales and Operations Planning, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
- Total IT experience 10+ Years
- Must have 4+ years of experience in the areas of SAP IBP,
- Working Knowledge of IBP Modules (S&OP, Demand, Supply
- Implementation & maintenance of the IBP system
- Managing configuration and integration tasks including modeling in IBP
- Functional & technical specification for the required changes
- Trouble shooting for any system issues
- Coordinate with business and other IT teams to enable productive use of Planning Systems
- The SAP IBP consultant will be responsible for the blueprint, design, implementation, testing, and go-live phase of a customer implementation.
- Ability to communicate and work well in a cross-functional team environment and in the offshore/onsite model
- Ability to communicate complex problems and issues in a concise manner (oral/written) to customers, peers and higher management is required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent soft skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
- Able to link the business wish to an IT solution
- Passionate about SAP
- **Language requirements**:English MUST**:
