**Role**
As an Analyst with Procurement Operations team, you will support Spend Management business processes, drive operational efficiency through streamlining supplier enablement, PR/PO management efforts, and offer best-in-class customer service to Splunkers and our Supplier community.
In addition, you will perform periodic audits to ensure transactions are executed in compliance with pre-established control procedures.
**Resp**onsibilities**
- Provide effective customer support to both internal and external stakeholders across all communication channels
- Facilitate supplier onboarding process collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, with a goal to increase Ariba Network adoption
- Facilitate supplier data management efforts and coordinate supplier offboarding process
- Coordinate PO/Invoice/GR/payment reconciliation process
- Curate supplier catalog and participate in catalog enablement projects
- Perform transactional audit and UARs to ensure compliance with prescribed standards and conform with control requirements
- Exceptional data analysis skills.
You need to deeply understand key business questions and leverage analytics to make recommendations
**Qualifications**
In order to be successful in this role, we are seeking:
- 2+ years of experience in procurement operations
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
- Showcases ability to deal with ambiguity and is decisive
- Some knowledge of Ariba, SAP, Power BI, Tableau
- Exceptional data analysis & synthesis skills.
You need to deeply understand key business questions and leverage analytics to make recommendations
- Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (required)
