The **Associate Systems Engineer **provides post-sales technical support, makes appropriate recommendations to resellers on the configuration and design of system solutions.
**What You'll Do**:

- Troubleshooting post-sales issues including phone support, system diagrams, proposals, and training in order to grow the sales of a funding vendor's product line.
- Stays current with vendor-specific technical certifications.
- Promotes product awareness.
- Stays updated with Cisco Architectures
- Stays updated with Cisco Certifications

**Other Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Additional duties as assigned.
- Meets attendance and punctuality standards.
**What We're Looking For**:

- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- English: effective oral and written skills - required (B2 or above)
- Technology oriented Field of Study
- CCNA Certification - desirable
- Able to communicate clearly and transmit complex information in a simple way.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
