- With the Support Delivery Organization, the Service Continuum Center captures valuable intellectual property from customer support incidents and uses innovative tools, labs, and automation platforms to drive issue avoidance, self-service, and faster issue resolution.

As the Adoption Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving awareness for the SCC's ground-breaking activities.

In the next 6-12 months, as the Adoption Program Manager, you will have the thrilling opportunity to achieve remarkable milestones and make a lasting impact within the Service Continuum Center (SCC).

Drive Awareness: Your first objective will be to ignite a buzz of excitement and raise awareness about the SCC's activities.
Through targeted marketing strategies, engaging campaigns, and effective communication channels, you will ensure that every team in the organization is well-informed about the new self-service assets, GS tools, and lab enhancements available.
Training and Enablement Content: You will dive into crafting comprehensive training and enablement content that is both informative and engaging.
By developing captivating materials, tutorials, and interactive modules, you will empower technical support engineers (TSEs), managers, and senior managers with the knowledge and skills needed to leverage the available tools and assets to their fullest potential.
Adoption and Usage: Your efforts will be focused on driving adoption and encouraging widespread usage of the SCC's offerings.
Through targeted campaigns, incentives, and personalized support, you will inspire individuals and teams to embrace the available resources and integrate them into their daily operations.
You will monitor adoption metrics and leverage feedback to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
Reporting and Insights: As the Adoption Program Manager, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the impact of your initiatives.
You will generate insightful reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and success stories.
By providing stakeholders with valuable insights, you will demonstrate the tangible value of the SCC's activities and contribute to informed decision-making processes.
