The **Accounts Payable Senior Analyst** assigned to the Travel & Expenses and GR/IR is responsible for providing effective, efficient financial and administrative operations.
The incumbent is responsible for processing all accounts payable transactions related to Travel and Expense processes like audit T&E Reports, answering employee inquiries, controlling open items and debits among others, and ensuring quality and efficiency in a timely manner.
Also, the Accounts Payable Senior Analyst is responsible for the GRIR Accounts reconciliation and the follow-up with Lonza internal users to receive the invoice approval when required.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for development, communication, implementation, measurement, and ongoing improvement of key corporate Travel.
Communicate the escalations to the AP Supervisor.
- GRIR accounts reconciliation.
Follow up and troubleshoot outstanding items in the GR IR accounts.
- Communicate with Internal Employees on their Expense Reports to resolve issues and assist with employee training about the process and tool usage.
- Develop effective working relationships with internal departments (R2R, Controllers), and vendors in order to understand the urgency and impact of the process.
- Follow up with internal users in a timely manner with solutions related to approvals.
**Key requirements**:

- Technical High School degree in Accounting or an advanced Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
- SAP/Oracle experience.
Concur is a plus.
- Working experience in the Accounts Payable cycle for the US.
- ideally 1-2 years of experience in Travel and Expenses.
- Invoice Track system is a plus.
- Accounts reconciliation.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Good customer service & communication oriented.
