- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent Portuguese verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office required (esp.
MS Excel).
- Self-motivated with good attention to detail and decision-making skills.
- Operational excellence skills & project management experience.
- A Bachelor degree.
- Availability to work on-site (SJO 11) during the first 3-month probational period.
- Experience in KYC/ Compliance/AML/ Banking/ Risk management or related processes.
- Exposure to Six Sigma Black belt/green belt or equivalent working experience.
- Advanced qualifications such as MBA would be advantageous.
