Tour Guide - Visitor Center Our client, is seeking an enthusiastic  Tour Guide  to assist in the operations of their Visitor Center.
The role involves leading engaging tours of the coffee farm, sharing Costa Rican history, culture, and coffee expertise with visitors, and ensuring exceptional customer service Key Responsibilities: Lead 60-90 minute walking tours of the coffee farm, sharing history, culture, and coffee knowledge in a friendly, engaging manner.
Conduct coffee tastings and assist with retail sales.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, welcoming environment.
Support the team in maintaining smooth Visitor Center operations, including opening/closing duties.
Train and support new tour guides.
Handle cash and follow safety/security protocols.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Requirements Mandatory Requirements: Bilingual (English and Spanish, both oral and written).
Certification from the Instituto Costarricense de Turismo.
Strong knowledge of Costa Rican culture, history, and geography.
2+ years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work flexible hours.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
