**What you'll do**:
Cumple la cifra de ingreso de órdenes de compra asignada en los verticales de mercado especificados para las zonas geográficas asignadas.
1.
Identifica aplicaciones para el portafolio de productos de Crouse Hinds & B-line y convertirlas en proyectos.
2.
Visita usuarios finales, empresas de ingeniería, contratistas y todos los influenciadores en los proyectos, para realizar especificación técnica.
3.
Alinea con los lideres de los canales de distribución la mejor estrategia para atender a los usuarios finales y cerrar los negocios a través de los distribuidores.
De no existir el Líder de canal, el encargado de esta posición visita constantemente a los canales de distribución, atiende sus necesidades técnicas y comerciales y realiza acompañamiento de visitas a los vendedores del distribuidor a posibles usuarios de la marca.
4.
Coordina con el área de Mercadeo las estrategias comerciales enfocadas para su segmento y zona geográfica que garanticen el éxito de la comercialización.
5.
Entrega información al área de Ingeniería acerca de necesidades de productos o servicios en los clientes que atiende, de manera que puedan convertirse en nuevos productos para la compañía.
6.
Dicta capacitaciones técnicas sobre el portafolio de productos de Crouse Hinds & B-line.
7.
Colabora con el área de Operaciones en la previsión de inventario y establece en conjunto con ellos estrategias para el movimiento de inventario de difícil rotación.
8.
Cumple los requisitos de reportes establecidos para el cargo: CRM, Formato de aprobación de precios, reporte de visitas, Plan de cuentas, Suficiencia, legalización de gastos y todos los que la compañía considere necesarios en función de su cargo.
9.
Cumple las políticas corporativas de Eaton relacionadas con el desempeño de la posición.
**Qualifications**:
Escolaridad: Ingeniería en cualquier área técnica como: Eléctrica, Mecánica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica.
Experiência de 5 años en area relevante

Conocimientos técnicos:

- Inglés intermedio, para conversacion (ej certificado estándar B1)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

Experiência en:

- Venta de productos / servicios eléctricos
- Negociación con empresas de Centroamérica / Caribe.
- Conocimiento del Mercado eléctrico centroamericano
