If you're a creative storyteller who thrives on impact, this role is your chance to inspire entrepreneurs and drive real results.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Content Strategy & Execution Develop a content plan that showcases student success stories.
Create engaging social media posts using company assets (coaching calls, reviews, testimonials, etc.).
Follow the Hook-Story-Lesson framework to craft compelling narratives.
Edit and produce videos using Premiere Pro (required) and After Effects (preferred).
Maintain a posting schedule: 1 story per day - example 3 text posts per week - example 3 video posts per week - example Clip and edit student wins from coaching calls within one week of completion.
Growth & Optimization Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
Experiment with new content ideas to maximize engagement and lead generation.
Keep up with industry trends and best practices for organic social media growth.
Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the team to refine content and implement feedback.
Regularly report progress and key insights to optimize future strategies.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Proven video editing skills (Premiere Pro required, After Effects preferred).
Strong storytelling ability with a focus on audience engagement.
Data-driven mindset to optimize content performance.
Understanding of organic social media strategies and lead generation.
Excellent communication and ability to accept constructive feedback.
A keen eye for video structure, pacing, and quality.
