**What you will do**
- Partner with Director & Manager of GTM Finance to help own the HC and OpEx management as well as the monthly close process for GTM org.
This includes tracking recruiting progress, reconciling open reqs, actual spend reconciliation and managing month end accruals process
- Provide crucial support to Marketing team on monthly invoice reconciliation to support team in forecast updates
- Prepare monthly actual vs. budget variance analysis reporting package and share insights with budget owners and broader finance team
- Work with Marketing team on PO forecasting and invoice management to help drive data accuracy in monthly Close reporting
- Contribute to the annual financial planning process and long range modeling process
- Provide support to the broader finance team by running ad hoc data analysis and key accounts drill down analysis in Netsuite

**What you will bring with you**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience; SaaS experience a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field;
- Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial statements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain financial data to non-finance leaders
