**Our Requirement**:
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with substantial consulting experience being highly desirable.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience with recent text mining and topic modeling methods, including BerTopic, LDA, NMF, word2vec, and others.
- Proficient in opinion mining and sentiment analysis, with the ability to derive insightful information from unstructured text data.
Experience with Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, able to design and implement efficient algorithms.
- Proven ability to handle complex projects and deliver practical, impactful solutions.
- Significant experience in a consulting role, demonstrating effective client engagement, problem-solving, and project management.
- Outstanding storytelling skills, capable of translating intricate data and insights into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making.
