**Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities and tasks for Specialists that handles Cost Incurred, Cost Completed, Warranty, Time and Material projects are:

- To work closely with Project Manager(s) and Engineers to set-up, implement and follow-up on resource, buyouts and projects forecast.
- To provide planning and controlling support to multi-projects and develop forecasts using information gathered from the various engineering/industry centers and tools.
- To develop and provide business level information and specific reports to Management on project status and administrative processes to facilitate organizational planning and staffing strategy.
- To work closely with Project Manager(s) and Engineers to set-up, implement and follow-up on resource, buyouts and projects forecast.
- To provide financial level information to the Project Manager(s) on project status and financial assets such as (budgets, invoicing, inventory, sales etc.)
- To analyze resource utilization and capacity planning.
- To meet defined standard metrics (Quality, OTD, Customer Satisfaction, TAT) and identify opportunities for improvement.
- To streamline reporting systems within business needs.
To serve as back-up support for other project analysts and project specialists as necessary.
The responsibilities and tasks for Specialists that handles Maintenance Contracts projects are:

- To provide planning and controlling support to multi-projects and develop forecasts using information gathered from the various engineering/industry centers and tools.
- To provide financial level information to the Project and Task Manager(s) on project status and financial assets such as (budgets, invoicing, inventory, sales etc.)
- To streamline reporting systems within business needs.
- To serve as back-up support for other project analysts and project specialists as necessary.
- Manage and customize dashboards to enable PWS PMs and TMs to closely monitor Customer Contracts.
Work to continuously improve these dashboards and identify opportunities for enhancements.
- Proactively engage with Task Managers in maintenance projects to assure a correct handling and communication with the customer.
- Provide the Status and Periodic update of maintenance orders.
Create metrics and reports that will help identify actions needed in the maintenance contracts orders

**Qualifications**
- Business degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineer.
- 4+ years' experience in a project, financial or operational support positions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, especially intermediate Power BI, advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint
- Intermediate Financial Analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
B2 English level.
- Proven experience working with high detail-oriented customers.
