**You Will**:
- Work with multiple teams to operate the global network infrastructure required to deliver world class service to our customers.
- Become intimately familiar with the architecture of our hybrid and multi-cloud environments and be responsible for our 24x7 availability
- Perform network analysis, modeling, and planning as well as network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose complex network problems
- Upgrade network hardware and software components as required
- Provide escalated systems support for Service Desk, problem resolution, and mentoring across the Corporate IT team.
- Be a part of rotating escalation support to our on-call staff of our corporate infrastructure.
**You Have**:
- 3+ years managing network infrastructure in production environments
- Experience with Cisco, Meraki, and at least one IaaS (AWS, GCP, Azure) network stack
- Working knowledge of the OSI model
- Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, routing, switching, firewalls and VPN technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility
- Familiarity with Kerberos, LDAP, and other SSO solutions
- Foundational knowledge of ITIL concepts and frameworks required
- Must possess the ability to work an occasional evening, holiday, or weekend
