**SUMMARY**:
This position supports Corporate Accounting and will be responsible for accounts payable invoice posting and SAP maintenance and testing.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist with intercompany testing for system change requests
- Record various fixed asset postings including acquisitions, dispositions, and transfers
- Reconcile prepaid account and record related monthly amortization entries
- Record vendor invoices for payment
- Manage vendor and internal customer inquiries
- Support internal and external audit inquiries
- Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and communicate those effectively
- Completes special projects on request
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Technical degree or advanced university student in Accounting, Bachelor's degree (desirable)
- 0-1 years of accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter with good problem-solving and time management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline focused
- Intermediate - advanced knowledge of the English language (verbally and in writing)
