**SUMMARY**:
This position supports Corporate Accounting and will be responsible for support general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accounts payable invoice posting and SAP maintenance and testing.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide customer support to employees completing expense reports in Concur.
- Audit submitted pre-approved expense reports for policy violations, suspicious and/or incorrectly submitted expenses.
- Run reports from Concur as requested.
- Perform user acceptance testing as necessary for modifications made to Concur.
- Manage Bank of America diversion accounts to ensure proper payment.
- Provide support to local program administrators.
- Open tickets with Concur as requested.
- Perform SOX controls as assigned.
- Post cash received daily from customers against customer invoices in AR system working regularly with the Credit Manager to ensure proper recording.
- Perform periodic journal entries as necessary.
- Perform account reconciliations at fiscal period end.
- Support internal and external audit inquiries.
- Support AP.
- Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and communicate those effectively.
- Completes special projects on request.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Technician in Accounting, Finance or similar. Intermediate university student in Accounting (desirable)
- 0-1 years of accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter with good problem-solving and time management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline focused
- Strong Excel skills
- Basic understanding of debits and credits
- Ability to follow direction
- Intermediate - advanced knowledge of the English language (verbally and in writing)
- SAP experience is a plus

**NATURALEZA DEL PUESTO**:
Este puesto respalda la Contabilidad corporativa y será responsable de dar soporte a la contabilidad general, las conciliaciones, la publicación de facturas de cuentas por pagar y el mantenimiento y las pruebas de SAP.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Proporcione atención al cliente a los empleados que completan informes de gastos en Concur
- Auditoría de informes de gastos preaprobados presentados por violaciones de políticas, gastos sospechosos y/o presentados incorrectamente.
- Ejecute informes de Concur según lo solicitado
- Realice pruebas de aceptación del usuario según sea necesario para las modificaciones realizadas en Concur
- Administre las cuentas de desvío de Bank of America para garantizar el pago adecuado
- Proporcionar apoyo a los administradores de programas locales.
- Abrir tickets con Concur según lo solicitado
- Realizar controles SOX según lo asignado.
- Registrar el efectivo recibido diariamente de los clientes contra las facturas de los clientes en el sistema AR trabajando regularmente con el Gerente de Crédito para garantizar un registro adecuado.
- Realizar entradas de diario periódicas según sea necesario.
- Realizar conciliaciones de cuentas al final del período fiscal.
- Registrar facturas de proveedores para pago.
- Gestionar consultas de proveedores y clientes internos.
- Apoyar las consultas de auditoría interna y externa.
- Capacidad para reconocer oportunidades de mejora de procesos y comunicarlas de manera efectiva.
- Completa proyectos especiales a solicitud.

**REQUSITOS**:

- Técnico Medio en Contabilidad, Finanzas o afin. Estudiante universitario intermedio en Contabilidad (Deseable)
- 0-1 años de experiência en contabilidad
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
- Proactivo y con buenas habilidades para resolver problemas y administrar el tiempo
- Altamente organizado, orientado a los detalles y centrado en los plazos
- Conocimiento sólido de Excel
- Intermedio - conocimiento avanzado del idioma inglés (verbalmente y por escrito)
- Comprensión básica de débitos y créditos.
- Habilidad para seguir instrucciones.
- Experiência en SAP es un plus
