**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Timely complete the quarterly & year-end internal controls as directed.
- Identify and document testing deficiencies and assist in developing remediation plans
- Compile/ document audit findings and prepare draft audit reports.
- Participate in special projects including fraud investigations and other special assignments
- Lead internal audit projects and provide advisory to business projects.
- Perform data analytics to identify unusual patterns or trends and investigate findings
- Job Purpose: Support so SOX compliance at SDC
- End result expectations: Successful completion of the SOX & Audit Plan
- Degree of autonomy: Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast
- paced ever changing environment.
- Dimensions/ budget: Position will work closely with the Sr. Internal Auditor & Director Risk & Advisory Services

Qualifications:
**It will really make us smile if you have**
- 2 + year of effective, working knowledge of internal Audit Department or /Public Accounting firm
- Bachelor´s Degree in Public accounting
- CPA /CIA/CISA/CFE strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions, businesses and regions
- knowledge of Document Management Software as Share Point is a plus
- knowledge of US GAAP/ SOX is preferred
- knowledge of NetSuite is a plus
- English level B2 +
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 10%- 30%
