The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Senior Corporate Auditor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
You will gain broad knowledge of 3M's processes, functions, and businesses through audits of subsidiaries, service centers, plants, acquisitions, and critical business processes.
Here, you will make an impact by:

- Conducting and leading audits of moderate to high risk and complexity to ensure the accuracy of financial statements, adequacy of operational and internal controls, and identification of administrative efficiencies, that will lead to savings in financial resources and time.
- Participating in audit scoping activities and risk assessment.
- Interviewing business and plant management to understand and identify gaps in controls or operational improvements.
- Analyzing data and selecting samples for testing processes to identify control gaps and areas of potential operational improvement.
- Documenting and summarizing audit findings and developing recommendations for process improvement.
- Communicating audit findings both orally and in written form to business and plant management.
- Working with auditees to avoid repeat audit issues and ensure audit remediation plans are executed on time.
- Leading occasional audit projects.
Your Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university/college in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience working in accounting or finance.
- Experience working in internal or external audit.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with business level fluency in English.
Additional qualifications that may help you succeed in this role include:

- Solid analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with SAP
- Experience using PowerBI
- CIA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent local certification.
- Working knowledge of statistical sampling methodologies

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/international
