Role Overview: As the Reporting Process Lead, you will assume responsibility for delivering all month-end reporting, as well as maintaining reports and dashboards.
You'll collaborate on adhoc reports as requested by leads, utilizing both Excel and ServiceNow.
Your role will contribute to the successful management and communication of vital data insights.
**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Exceptional analytical skills, enabling a swift grasp of the intricacies within various business processes (planning, order management, financial, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills coupled with adaptability in demanding, fast-paced environments.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Prior experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility in working schedule to accommodate varying requirements.
- Proficiency in creating and managing ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
- Thorough command of Excel functionalities, including Pivot tables, Look Up/Min/Max/If/Search Formulas, and Slicers.
- Working knowledge of INM/FR/PRM/CHG ticket standards and classifications.
**Desired Skills/Experience**:

- Previous hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Dashboards, and Reports.
- Knowledge or experience within the Consumer Goods sector or Personal Product Industry.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles.
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow.
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Dashboards based on operational and client needs, aiming to facilitate real-time data monitoring and performance evaluation.
- Produce and timely deliver service reports in accordance with specified schedules, ensuring accurate distribution to designated recipients.
Refer to the REPORT LIBRARY & TASKS for currently scheduled reports.
- Create, document, and update artifacts integral to report production.
