ComoAnalista de Seguridadtú serás responsable de Liderar y gestionar los estándares de seguridad, salud ocupacional, medio ambiente y security de la organización. Supervisar y verificar la implementación y mantenimiento de los estándares Globales SHE a nivel local. Contribuir y participar en la mejora continua de los procesos. Mantener comunicación constante con equipo SHE Global/Regional y ejecutar los requerimientos solicitados alineados con estándares globales/regionales dentro de los tiempos establecidos.

Tus responsabilidades claves
Mantener un comportamiento seguro en todas las tareas asignadas.
Seguir los procedimientos e instrucciones SHE & Security.
Alentar a los pares y gerentes a mejorar la cultura organizacional.
Informar de inmediato incidentes, accidentes, eventos a punto de ocurrir, actos y condiciones inseguros, así como condiciones de seguridad.
Participar activamente en los planes SHE y de seguridad de la organización, como también de los planes de capacitación asignados para el cargo.
Cumplir con las 10 reglas salvavidas de SHE establecidas por la compañía.
Tu traes a nosotros
Educación universitaria en Prevención de Riesgos, Seguridad Industrial o Ingeniería Industrial.
Deseable Post grados o Diplomados en Sistemas de Seguridad y Salud Industrial, Medio Ambiente.
Deseable experiencia en el manejo de ERP SAP o sistemas similares.
Nivel avanzado de inglés, tanto oral como escrito, con énfasis en terminología técnica.
