**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations and staff for all RBE services, processes and teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- People management responsibility for a medium size team including development and training.
- Set team goals, objectives, strategy, monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and performance.
- Serve as a liaison with our internal customers, manage relationship and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Establish daily priorities and manage workflow to ensure that timeliness and quality standards are met.
- Assist in audit and compliance efforts for department.
- Supervise the following processes:

- Perform the processes associated with analysis, process and approval of the reimbursable of business expenses (RBE) for MX and LATAM following the guidelines of Citi Expense Management Policy as well as any other applicable procedures.
- Handle and address payment issues related to RBE processes.
- Assist Citi Users with inquires related to the RBE processes and provide training.
- Monitoring processes under responsibility to avoid errors, late payments and escalations.
- Handle escalations and issues including interaction with senior internal customers.
- Actively participate on systems implementation and related projects.
- Support the identification of improvement opportunities and possible risks to the operation.
- Train new hires or new team members within work unit when required.
- Manages workflow and interacts with other departments.
- Communicates with other departments, external customers and/or clients.
- Works under little to no direct supervision to perform job duties.
- Complete all tasks in connection with the organization's activity but not detailed in the current job description, as assigned by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head.
**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Operational experience in a shared services environment is critical.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in the delivery of operational services.
- Experience of working in an international/regional context.
- Proven track record within a relationship management position where experience has been gained in building and maintaining relationships, conflict resolution, problem solving and managing difficult relationships
- Experienced at managing a team (more than two people) in a constantly changing environment.
- Appreciation of cultural and business differences across a diverse region.
- Experience of banking or financial services may be an advantage
- Fluent in Portuguese (desirable).
- Reimbursable Business Expense and/or Accounting experience is an advantage.
- P2P operations experience is desirable.

- Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish and/or Portuguese

- Highly numerate with well-developed analytical skills.

- Highly competent in MS Office (Access Excel, Word).

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to easily and clearly communicate with senior management.
- Ability to work under pressure.
**Qualifications**:

- Basic College (BA) or (BS) preferred
