Location: Escazu, CR, 1502-1250- Requisition ID: 13345**Responsabilidades**:
Responsable de los diferentes procesos contables y suministro de información oportuna para la toma de decisiones
- Gestionar el proceso de cuentas por cobrar a Proveedores de agentes de PDV.
- Conciliar el gasto por combustible de la flotilla.
- Custodiar y archivar contratos, devoluciones de letras de cambio a agentes de PDV.
- Cambio de premios, Proceso de validación de los premios para ser cambiados en oficinas centrales.
- Generar reporte de ventas, así como confeccionar el asiento contable de ventas, comisiones y retención.
- Conocimiento de impuestos tributarios.
- Revisión y aprobación de viáticos semanales.
- Revisar reintegro de caja chica, registrar el asiento de gasto.
- Revisión de gastos generales.
- Controlar y registrar contablemente todas las transacciones ocurridas durante el mes.
- Brindar asistencia en la realización del ciclo contable de la empresa, durante cierre de mes.
- Participación activa en Asociación de Colaboradores de IGT.

**Educación**:
Técnico o Bachiller Universitario en Contabilidad
**Experiência**:
4 años de experiência como asistente y/o auxiliar contable, conocimientos en tesorería, auditorias e impuestos locales
**Conocimientos**:
- Confección de planillas y sus deducciones.
- Manejo de aplicación de transferencias electrónicas, SINPE.
- Programas de Tributación.
- Manejo Sistema SAP
- Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIFFS)
- Dominio intermedio de Paquete Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, y Outlook)
- Conocimientos en tesorería, confección de cheques, caja chica, transferencias bancarias.
- Conocimientos contables.
- Ingles nível básico.
