To manage sales orders to ensure that the customer receives the ordered goods in the right time and on the right place

**Your role**:

- Checks and validates sales order data at receipt of the order.
- Adds data, enters order into the computer system for determining the delivery date.
- Confirms the order to the customer and informs them about the delivery date.
- Monitoring the sales order flow
- Follows standard working procedure and to achieve clean sales order.
- Continues monitoring sales orders until delivery creation and invoicing.
- Reports monthly on order receipt.
- Handles requests in accordance with procedure.
- Creates approved product returns orders, credits, debits and free of charge.

Vocational Education or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.
