Resumen:
**¿Cuál es el rol?
**

Es un creador, desarrollador y auditor de los procesos necesarios para la gestión de venta y posventa requerida de todo el ciclo de vida de los clientes actuales y futuros.
Comunicar de forma visual los puntos importantes requeridos por la operativa utilizando diferentes técnicas permitiendo una solución y apoyo a los diferentes frentes de atención, venta o posventa del área interna o externa.
**Responsabilidades**:

**
- Control de la herramienta de ingreso de ticket o solicitudes para documentar.
- Control de bitácora de prioridades para documentar.
- Aportar en la documentación del área, ya sean manuales de usuario, procedimientos, etc.
- Respaldo de las evidencias de las pruebas realizadas.
- Preservar la consistencia en la apariencia y estructura de los documentos y facilitar su almacenamiento.
- Garantizar que los cambios que necesitan hacerse en el sistema serán reflejados en la documentación correspondiente.
- Actualizar el árbol de tipología.
- Mantener actualizada las diferentes ofertas, promociones, incidencias que impacten diariamente.
- Administrar la herramienta de GAC por completo incluyendo el mantenimiento tipologías, formularios, buzones, etiquetas y lo requerido de la operativa.
- Notificar al equipo de EFO o el área de clientes de cualquier solicitud que genere impacto en procesos establecidos.
- Brinda soporte a las dudas de los canales por medio bot difusivo de documentación.
- Incluir todos los participantes en el diseño del proceso de las personas que lo ejecutan y utilizarán cumpliendo la metodología de creación.
- Definir el usuario principal que utilizará el proceso y validar el impacto del mismo.
- Comunicar los procesos elaborados, rediseñados o eliminados.
- Mantenimiento a la actualización de procesos en JARVIS.
- Informar al área de entrenamiento sobre los procesos creados, actualizados, eliminados.
- Elaborar manuales para los diferentes procesos que gestionan los diferentes canales de atención.
- Brindar soporte al usuario de la intranet sobre las dudas requeridas.
- Participar en los comités requeridos para la modificación de procesos (Mesa ágil, Comite de sistemas, Comité clientes etc).
- Monitorear el mantenimiento requerido de la intranet y portal comercial.
- Rediseñar los procesos requeridos para el área de procesos.
- Brindar soporte al área de calidad sobre los hallazgos identificados a los procesos.
Calificaciones:
**¿Qué necesitas?
**:

- Bachiller en proceso o finalizado en la carrera Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, Administración Empresas o afines.
- 1 año de experiência en call center, tiendas, atención online.
- Experiência en creación de estrategias de soporte y manejo de programas de diseño.
- Conocimiento en programas utilizados por frentes de atención SCL, Altamira, MTH, SIDRA, Siebel, DLO, Medallia, Fieldservice, etc.
- Conocimiento en sistemas de diseño (HTML5, Publisher, Adobe Creative, Illustrador, Photoshop, Dreamweaver).
- Conocimiento avanzando de programas Excel, Powert Point, Word.
