The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, skilled in customer service, and capable of coordinating seamless travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in selecting and booking sports travel packages, including event tickets, lodging, and transportation.
Research and provide recommendations on the best venues, hotels, and experiences tailored to client needs.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure reservations and ensure a smooth experience.
Stay updated on sports event schedules, ticket availability, and travel trends.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely updates on bookings and itinerary changes.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Participate in online training to stay informed about industry best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
