**How will you make an impact?
**
As the Procurement Manager - Extrusions, you will provide leadership, mentorship and strategy in areas related to supplier performance and management as it pertains to the Extrusion Category.
You will drive the execution of sophisticated category strategies encompassing multiple sites vital to continuously improve the assigned categories of spend.
Collaborates with a cross-functional team of sourcing, operations, technical, finance and other key stakeholders to prioritize sourcing initiatives, develops sourcing strategies, negotiates contracts, supports spend migration from incumbent to preferred suppliers, and manages preferred supplier relationship
**What will you do?
**
- Develop a category strategy to deliver performance in: Annual cost savings, supplier rationalization, spend under master agreement, supplier performance, supply chain risk management and new product introductions.
- Crafts a multi-year productivity funnel that delivers 3-5% year over year net efficiency.
- Selects & develops a strong supplier base to support multiple division strategies.
- Manages performance of suppliers via SBRs and scorecards.
- Works with Divisions, BU's and Sites to implement sourcing strategies.
- Be the primary contact for suppliers for strategic conversations
**How will you get here?
**
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations or related field required (MBA preferred).
**Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years Supply Chain management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning and execution and/or Demand Management.
- Direct experience from a large multinational environment working with global multi-national manufacturing footprints.
Knowledge of multiple supply chains, e.g.
custom made solutions to mass market supply chains.
- Experience in a continuous improvement environment with a history of achieving significant year over year results.
- Experience and ability to interact with the top executive team, able to challenge senior and line management in a constructive, balanced way, offering solutions and innovative thinking.
