**Supervisor de AP**:

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Gather and organize financial and operational data from accounting and other relevant systems.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret financial reports that indicate trends, variances, risks, and opportunities associated with operational spend.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies.
- Assist with end of period financial close and reporting packages for Finance and Operations management that are standardized across locations.
- Develop deep understanding of the causal operational factors of financial results inclusive of yield, utilization, and economic influences.
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses, model scenarios of various strategies.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 1-3 years' experience working in finance for a manufacturing company (semiconductor experience preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Well-developed analytical, problem solving, process improvement skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Experience with cost accounting, standard costing and absorption methods.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user.
- Skilled at data mining and establishing relationships in performance metrics.
- Familiarity with financial programs and software (SAP and BPC a plus).
- Attitude: persistent and relentless, ambitious, inquisitive, self-starter who identifies opportunities for improvement and pursues change.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
- **Recopilar y organizar datos financieros y operativos de contabilidad y otros sistemas relevantes.

- **Compile, analice e interprete informes financieros que indiquen tendencias, variaciones, riesgos y oportunidades asociados con el gasto operativo.
**:
- **Asistir en la preparación de informes financieros con conclusiones confiables que la gerencia pueda usar para implementar estrategias operativas más efectivas.
**:
- **Ayude con el cierre financiero del período y los paquetes de informes para la gestión de Finanzas y Operaciones que están estandarizados en todas las ubicaciones.
**:
- **Desarrollar una comprensión profunda de los factores operativos causales de los resultados financieros, incluidos el rendimiento, la utilización y las influencias económicas.
Recomendar acciones analizando e interpretando datos y haciendo análisis comparativos, modelando escenarios de varias estrategias.

- **Aumente la productividad mediante el desarrollo de aplicaciones automatizadas para la agregación de datos y la generación de informes.
**
**CALIFICACIONES**:
- **1 a 3 años de experiência trabajando en finanzas para una empresa de fabricación (se prefiere experiência en semiconductores).

- **Licenciatura en Finanzas o Contabilidad.
**:
- **Habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y de mejora de procesos bien desarrolladas.
**:
- **Capacidad para influir y persuadir a los stakeholders.
**:
- **Experiência en contabilidad de costos, costos estándar y métodos de absorción.
**:
- **Usuario avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
**:
- **Experto en minería de datos y establecimiento de relaciones en métricas de rendimiento.
**:
- **Familiaridad con programas y software financieros (SAP y BPC a plus).
**:
- **Actitud: persistente e implacable, ambicioso, inquisitivo, emprendedor que identifica oportunidades de mejora y persigue el cambio.
