Proporcionar la gestión necesaria para la fluidez en el área administrativa de la Sucursal, con el objetivo de propiciar un ambiente de trabajo productivo y ágil, manteniendo un excelente servicio al cliente.
- 1.Principales Actividades del puesto.- 1-Es responsable de la gestión de servicio al cliente de la empresa: atención de la central de telefónica, recepción de clientes y visitas.- 2-Coordinación tanto de la mensajería externa como interna.- 3- Participacipación en campañas preventivas y de comunicación.- 4.Recepción de facturas electrónicas y gestionar acorde a los lineamientos establecidos.- 5.
Control de los suministros de limpieza, papelería, cafetería, entre otros, con el fin de garantizar la permanencia de los recursos necesarios en todos los recintos de UPL.- 6- Apoyo a los diferentes departamentos en funciones específicas cuando así sea requerido, con el objetivo de mantener un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo.- 7- Es responsable de velar por el funcionamiento y mantenimiento de los espacios y equipos en la Sucursal, ejecutando las acciones pertinentes para propiciar un ambiente de trabajo adecuado.- 8- Apoyar, mensualmente en el envío del Forecast de banano y piña.- 9- Procesar información y datos estadísticos del Proyecto TRUST+.- 10- Encargada de la tramitologia de las facturas de clientes del Proyectos TRUST+**We are all about connecting with people, in a human way - showing respect, demonstrating trust, celebrating diversity.
