We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and spearhead various Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Salesforce Implementations: Drive the configuration, development, and deployment of various Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
- Business Requirement Gathering: Lead efforts in gathering business requirements, architecting solutions, and building tooling and workflows to meet those requirements.
- Collaborative Project Strategies: Communicate effectively with team members to design cohesive project strategies, ensuring collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
- Advisory Role: Advise, guide, and partner with business leaders on Salesforce analytic strategies, initiatives, and tools that will drive business results.
- System Health Monitoring: Monitor the health and utilization of the Salesforce system to ensure optimal performance.
- Automation and Data Management: Automate solution delivery, data pipelines, create data models, and monitor system performance to maintain data integrity.
- Data Management Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce data management strategy.
- AppExchange Evaluation: Evaluate and upgrade Salesforce AppExchange components and solutions to enhance system functionality.
**Job Requirements**:

- Salesforce Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, integration, enhancement, and configuration.
- System Enhancements: Proven background in launching significant system enhancements and release cycles.
- Problem Ownership: Demonstrated ability to own problems from start to finish, showcasing creativity and analytical skills in problem-solving scenarios.
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage tasks laterally and upwards.
- Data Management: Strong abilities in data management, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Interpersonal Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in a team environment.
**Bonus Points**:

- Operative One Experience: Experience with Operative One order management system.
- Salesforce Development: Salesforce Developer/Platform Developer experience.
