Resumen:
**¿Cuál es el rol?
**
Controla e implementa la ejecución de los modelos de comisiones definidos por las áreas comerciales.
A su vez, revisa y asegura el correcto cálculo y pago de comisiones a los diferentes canales de venta.
**Responsabilidades**:
**¿Qué vas a hacer?
**
- Revisa y asegura El Proceso de Liquidación y Calculo de Comisiones
- Define y ejecuta indicadores de control para la prevención del fraude ante el pago de las comisiones.
- Define indicadores de control para asegurar el correcto cálculo de las comisiones.
- Controla y asegura la generación de bases de datos históricas que permitan analizar los evolutivos de los modelos comisionables.
- Controla la evolución de reclamos de los canales comerciales y propone acciones de mejora.
- Cualquier otra función afín requerida por necesidad de la empresa, derivada de cambios en las operaciones de negocio.
Calificaciones:
**Conocimiento y Experiência**
- Bachiller universitario en Administración de empresas o carrera afines al puesto.
- 3 años de experiência en labores relacionados al puesto.
- Deseable experiência en compañías de telecomunicaciones móviles.
- Primordial nível avanzado de Excel.
Altamente Deseable SQL y Oracle.
- Capacidad Analítica
- Orientado al Servicio al cliente
- Buena comunicación verbal y escrita
- Inglés intermedio (no indispensable)
