**About the role**
**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Manage and lead all administrative and technical aspects of the SABA LMS system.
- Continuously improve SABA Integrations and its relevant processes by leveraging innovative and latest technology developments configuring RDI, Microsites, SSO, Prescriptive rules.
Responsible for SABA system security including the creation of new roles and security groups as needed.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, our managed service provider and vendors to proactively address problems and troubleshoot production issues.
- Contributes to strategic direction for teams.
Independently resolves highly complex technical issues within a given technical area.
Partners with members of a team and other IT teams as appropriate; leads technical team while resolving key issues
- Develops Reports and dashboards to provide insight on training completion status.
Perform routine audits on learning content to ensure system performance and quality assurance
- Demonstrates technical leadership and exerts influence outside of immediate team.
May act as an Incident Life cycle coordinator or service delivery lead to provide resolution for complex issues.
Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and customers.
Mentors and consults with team members and other organizations, customers and vendors on complex issues.
Provide direction and leadership in promoting and implementing best practices for both business process and technology.
- Participates in the Change Advisory or Technical Advisory Board.
Ensures the service level management process is adhered to by continuous review with partners and business users.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience working with HTML & CSS
- Experience in scripting and/or programming languages
- Foundational or expert knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- Advanced English Level
