Role/Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with other development teams within Digital Insights team and across Moody's Analytics to establish technology standards and best practices
- Identify and embrace innovative technologies to enhance customer experience, improve platform stability, scalability, and availability
- Assist in designing and developing new products and enhancements based on evolving business needs
- Evaluate innovative technologies, prototype solutions, and conduct knowledge sharing sessions
- Participate in backlog refinements and iteration planning meetings to review and point stories
- Take ownership of epics and stories; implement and test features (unit, integration, end-to-end)
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Ability to lead and mentor team members

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS (including styled components and SCSS)
- Experience with common front-end development tools (Babel, Webpack, npm)
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines, tools, and CI/CD concepts
- Proficiency in Git, including the ability to evaluate and maintain the codebase during code reviews via pull requests
- Solid understanding of both relational and NoSQL databases

- For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $ (125,200) to $ (181,600), depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location.
This range is based on a full-time position.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
