**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- '- General expertise and knowledge in some IS processes and of overall processes in Quote to Cash Operations;- Perform and support customer services activities, including (but not limited) problem investigation, resolution and client engagement;
- Responds to audits support requests and business control engagement at the direction of the Squad Leader;
- Collaborates with the team to help set funnel priorities via two way communication with clients/sellers.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to solve problems and resolve issues

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams

- High School Diploma/GED

- Associate's Degree/College Diploma
