**Job Purpose**:
- Provides Analytical Support and develops regular reporting and analytics to a specific functional area or department that helps to drive operational business performance.
Helps identify and execute changes and enhancements to existing reports and or dashboards.
Prepares and analyzes ad hoc reports, and provides summaries of data as well as recommendations to senior leadership.
Works on special projects as directed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with the business to develop and execute the data, tools, reporting and or analysis needed to deliver solutions in support of business needs that help drive operational business performance
- Reviews data and identifies issues or conclusions to report to senior peers and help drive the solutions
- Support Senior team members and leaders with the information and proactive analysis they need to make informed business decisions
- Additional duties as assigned
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience is required.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree Administration, Industrial Engineer, Economics, or related field
- Advance knowledge in Excel, Power Query
- Knowledge in Power BI and DAX Language
- Basic Knowledge in Power Platform (Power App, Power Automate, SharePoint Online)
- Familiarity with basic statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Basic Knowledge is SQL is a **plus**:
- Familiarity with statistical and general programming languages such as R and/or Python is a **plus**:
- Required Education: Certification or Specialization in Business Intelligence or related field is a p**lus**
