Intermediate Collections Analyst

You will manage collection efforts for assigned portfolios of accounts, conduct detailed research, queries, reconciliation, and analysis to resolve account disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reduce delinquency of assigned accounts
  • Follow up on customer past-due balances
  • Ensure accurate analysis, reconciliations, and reporting by deadlines
  • Prepare and analyze aging reports
  • Participate in month-end closing activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B Collections
  • Minimum 3 years using Excel
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish fluency (B2/C1)
Distinguishing Qualities:
  • University student or graduate in a related field
  • Able to complete tasks with limited supervision
  • Strong team player with ability to meet deadlines
