Job Summary As a Creative Technologist at The Agency, you will play a pivotal role in merging technology with creative processes to develop groundbreaking products & experiences.
You will work alongside a team of passionate creatives & Partners to ideate, prototype, & execute projects that blend art, digital media & technology in novel ways.
This role requires a unique blend of technical proficiency, creative vision, & a forward-thinking mindset.
Key Responsibilities Develop & implement innovative technology solutions that enhance creative projects & align with The Agency strategic goals.
Knowledge of generative AI, computer vision & machine learning.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, Partners & Clients to brainstorm & prototype new ideas using emerging technologies.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in technology, including AI, AR/VR, IoT, & other digital platforms, to integrate into creative projects.
Design & execute technical proofs of concept, from initial ideation through to scalable solutions.
Provide technical expertise & creative input during all phases of project development work together & coordinate projects with 3rd parties.
Lead workshops & training sessions to foster a culture of innovation within the team, our Partners & Clients.
Ensure all technological practices adhere to industry-leading standards for sustainability & ethics.
Qualifications Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the creative technology or digital arts sector.
Core skills | Technical qualifications & Experience : Strong foundation in software development, including experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C++.
Use of Figma & Figjam for prototyping.
Basic DevOps skills: use of Cloud solutions & APIs.
Hands-on experience, of emerging creative tools, AI-based creative solutions (e.g.
Runway ML, Tensorflow Magenta) as well as well-known creative AI models (e.g.
GPT, StyleGAN).
Knowledge of generative AI, computer vision, and machine learning for the implementation of AI models: Tensorflow Hub & MediaPipe for creative solutions.
Implementation of Google Colabs and model trainings Experience with digital content creation tools & platforms such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar.
Knowledge of 3D programs such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Fusion 360 or Autodesk Maya.
Experience with creative coding frameworks like openFrameworks, Processing, Cinder, Touchdesigner, Isadora or Openframeworks.
Knowledge of NodeJS, D3, ThreeJS and web graphics.
Knowledge, if not hands-on experience with AfterEffects and Adobe tools.
Or its open source counterparts.
Knowledge of Game Engines: Unity and unreal engine for AR (ARKit or ARCore) & VR.
Soft skills | Project Management & Communication: Demonstrable ability to use technology creatively to solve problems & create engaging user experiences.
Familiarity with agile methodologies & the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
Updated knowledge of trends in creative technology & UX design principles.
Innovative thinking, problem-solving skills, & excellent communication abilities.
Excellent collaborative & communication skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
Fluent in Spanish & proficient in English.
