Some of your roles and responsibilities in this exciting journey will be:
- Identify and drive plans to get the best User Experience for Hub users.
- Be the Customer Service champion, from early engagement of new Hub users, to sustaining.
- Manage, individually or through others, customer escalations from day-to-day operations, identify proactive actions, anticipate potential conflicts, and implement plans to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for planning and conducting interviews, field studies, surveys, usability studies, and more.
- Perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, along with statistical analysis.
- Work with teams to evaluate concepts from the early conceptual phase, through low fidelity storyboarding and prototyping, continuing into high-fidelity prototypes and products.
- Enable teams to make decisions based on data and insights.
Creates templates and guides for teams to conduct, analyze, and document research findings.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- BS in technical area, engineering, or 3+ years of related experience managing technical customers in lieu of degree.
- Experience/knowledge in Platform Debug and Validation.
- Statistical analysis.
- Advanced English level.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with server, client, IOT platforms.
- Customer engagement experience.
- Escalation management.
- User experience improvement.
